Consistently exhibit the ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately, and efficiently.Show Quality : Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.Operational Excellence : Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, perform general cleaning tasks and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
