As an intern, you will gain valuable experience of working in a corporate environment and assist with day-to-day operations of a large corporate tax department. Duties will include preparing tax forms, assisting with many tasks using spreadsheet models, tax software and accounting ERP systems. This internship involves hands-on experiences which will provide opportunities for your personal success and development. Responsibilities : Prepare US international income tax returns, forms, and schedules Prepare foreign income tax returns and withholding tax calculationsAssist with documentation of various tax return calculations and filing positionsAssist in the calculation of intercompany transactions for transfer pricing purposesSpecial projects as assigned Qualifications : Must be a Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student in an accounting or similar program, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
