We act as an internal consulting group created to help win, retain, innovate and grow our business.The Envision Marketing & Creative Team provides creative direction / services and marketing support for our internal teams, sectors and external customers in areas such as : Graphic Design, Account Refreshes, Video & Photography, Marketing Campaigns, Brand & Logo Design, Label Solutions, Print Resources, Event & Trade Show Design, Publication Design, Environmental Graphics, Social Media and App Design.We are searching for a Multimedia Designer with a large focus on presentation design (PowerPoint) and video production for the CEO and Senior Leadership team of Envision. With creativity and professionalism, you'll bring presentations and videos to life through various platforms utilizing graphics, photography, animation, audio and video. You'll be a team player who can collaborate across teams, a self-starter and can work independently on multiple projects with set deadlines. We are looking for someone who thrives in a creative environment and can also understand the importance of deadlines and details.Responsibilities : Collaborate with the creative team and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.Create and design Envision CEO, Senior Leadership and other PowerPoint presentations.Design engaging visual elements such as graphics, illustrations, animations, and user interfaces.Integrate various media formats including text, images, video, audio, into cohesive multimedia presentations.Create professional templates and related assets in PowerPoint for easy adoption by Envision team members.Conceptualize and develop creative and engaging videos based on the project timeframe allotted.Efficiently utilize video templates or design from scratch using program assets, and imagery.Have a clear understanding of timing, audio enhancements and editing raw footage into polished videos.Stay up to date with the latest multimedia design trends, technologies and best practices.Manage video assets and archives while organizing footage for future use.Other creative design projects & deliverables as needed.Qualifications : 7 years working experience within a design firm or in a creative team environmentBachelor's degree required; Must provide a strong portfolio of work examples, digitally preferredExperience working directly with clients & customersProficient in Microsoft PowerPointProficient in industry-standard, video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut ProA solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteProficiency in graphic design fundamentals, including typography, color theory and compositionHighly creative, engaged, detail orientedAbility to manage multiple projects with a with strong organizational skillsAbility to develop new designs from conception to completionAbility to meet short and long deadlines, and switch gears quicklyA confident verbal and written communicator who takes initiative and likes a challengeShooting videography and photography skills are a plusApply to Compass Group today!Click here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
