All religious, medical, or other legally recognized exemptions regarding vaccination status will be considered.Job Summary$500 Sign On Bonus; $500 Retention Bonus After 6 MonthsThis is a 2nd Shift Position 2 : 30pm to 11pm Monday thru Friday with on-call rotating weekends.Responsibilities : Monitoring and repairing boilers, chillers, cooling towers and HVAC pletes preventative maintenance as required.Constructs, finishes, installs, maintains and repairs electrical and mechanical systems, or the facilities of any related systems, using power and hand tools and other necessary equipment.Cleans, lubricates, services, repairs or diagnoses malfunctions of HVAC, electrical and mechanical building systems, sterilizers, sprinkler and standpipe systems, transport systems, electronic signaling systems, fire alarm systems and similar specialty equipment items with appropriate training, certification skills and licensing requirements as needed.Reads blueprints, specifications and models to learn work layout; plans own work layout.Maintains logs, performs rounds and completes tests and inspections.Responds to emergency problems in the facility and performs emergency repairs as needed.Makes recommendations for modification or improvement of preventive maintenance systems.Qualifications : Previous experience as a Boiler Operator in an institutional settingAbility to read and understand blueprintsAbility work independentlyAbility to use computerized work order systemHS Diploma or GEDApply to Crothall todayCrothall is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
