Job Summary
The Senior Change Management Analyst is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering training programs and materials tailored to SAP S/4 deployment groups. This role collaborates closely with project managers, coaches, and key stakeholders to create content and training for both management and operators. The specialist will also manage ongoing communications with internal and external audiences, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and implement improvements. Additionally, the role involves coordinating SAP S/4 Champions, defining change management documents, and supporting various departments impacted by the SAP S/4 implementation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, training, and organizational skills, along with experience in accounting or communications, and be proficient in SAP financial modules.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and own training program and related content specific for SAP S/4 deployment groups.
- Work collaboratively with the SAP S/4 program project managers and team coaches to develop and create training materials for the overall training program for both existing and upcoming deployment groups.
- Coordinate and deliver training to both management and operators.
- Manage SAP S/4 Champions for ongoing communication and training.
- Manage and create ongoing communications to internal and external audiences.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and offer continuous improvement and feedback; communicate results and recommend strategies.
- Identify best practices within the role and strive to improve processes and efficiencies.
- Assist in the defining of key change management documents and identification of impact to the specific audiences of the SAP S/4 program.

- UX/UI team
- Corporate departments (managers and team members) impacted by SAP S/4 implementation (Field Accounting Services, Tax, Accounting Services, Treasury, Foodbuy, etc).
- Consultants (i.e. Infosys)
- Unit and District Managers (field)
- Regional and Divisional Managers (field)
- Four-year degree required, preference in Communications or accounting/finance
- Four plus years accounting experience or communication/training experience
- Demonstrated training ability via prior training or leadership experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills needed to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a project-driven environment
- Proven ability address competing priorities within a single project with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a structured workload to ensure maximum effectiveness in working with clients, business partners and team members
- Ability to work independently, work with remote teams, think creatively, manage own time, and take initiative to successfully drive projects to completion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
- Proficient knowledge of SAP financial modules, and working knowledge of SAP overall preferred
- As needed (less than 10%)
