- Provides professional clerical support including emailing, filing, copying and typing of letters/memos
- Ensures that appropriate Catering materials are always available
- Provides operational support to ensure adequate products and equipment are ordered for anticipated business levels
- Creates punch lists on a daily for staff and copies of BEO's are readily available every morning for team members.
- Provides ready assistance to Catering management to ensure all catering services exceed guest expectations
- Takes initiative within all aspects of the position
- Ensures consumption reports are accurate and timely for each event
- Coordinates menus, promotions and programs as outlined by the Director of Catering in accordance with Levy Restaurants standards
- Ensures Menu Signage is created and available for all events. To include dietary restrictions.
- Clear understanding of all the dietary restrictions and allergens.
