Join Wolfgang Puck Catering as a Catering Operations Manager in Dallas, TX, where you will coordinate and execute dynamic and high-profile events. Wolfgang Puck Catering in Dallas operates F&B venues throughout Dallas. Our Union Station unit provides product, people, and the expertise for Catering events for our venues as well as private in home or in business events.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage up to 100 event staff to ensure flawless execution of catering events.
- Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring all aspects are handled with world-class attention to detail.
- Maintain client relationships through professional communication and outstanding service.
- Coordinate the preparation and setup of events, ensuring all elements meet our high standards.
- Manage multiple events and document management tasks efficiently, even during peak seasons.
Requirements
- Proven experience in catering leadership, preferably in an upscale environment, with a minimum of two years.
- Ability to work unsupervised and handle extensive document management.
- Professional presentation and client-facing communication skills, with experience completing events in various locations, including private homes.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
