Come grow your career with Eurest.Job Summary This individual is responsible for executing and maintaining all QA Programs, meeting state and Compass requirements, and ensuring the quality and safety of supplied goods. They will do this through the performance of on-site inspections, audits, evaluations and training in the area of food safety and / or sanitation. Key Responsibilities : Promotes, enforces, maintains and verifies Quality Assurance (QA) and safety reporting standardsProvides written feedback to unit managers and chefs regarding non-compliances observationsWorks with managers to find solutions to QA challenges and crisisLiaises with client, senior management and unit managers and chefs on all QA issuesParticipates in all BOH inspections and all external AuditsTrains associates on all QA policies and procedures and maintain accurate recordsPerforms other duties as assigned Qualifications : Associate's DegreeExperience with HACCP program development and ServSafe and third party auditsWorking knowledge of food regulations, i.e. FDA, USDA, and industry practiceStrong data management, reporting, and technical writing skillsProficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook Apply to Eurest todayEurest is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass Story Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
