While no two events are quite the same, here's what you can expect as a Culinary Supervisor -
- Responsible for preparing menu items for guest satisfaction
- Follow recipes to prepare and cook menu items using a variety of kitchen equipment
- Supervise aspects of the food and beverage operation, including estimate food requirements based on event orders to implement the production plan
- Responsible for assisting in training of new culinary team members
- Assist the Culinary Department with administrative work including monthly inventory
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
- Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
- Adapt to shifting event locations within the arena
- Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
- Perform any other duties as assigned
