This is an outstanding opportunity to lead and manage our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and culinary excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully implement and manage all food and beverage operations, ensuring that service standards are strictly adhered to.
- Develop and train a team of skilled staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Coordinate inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining food and beverage supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all areas.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and appealing menus.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring targets are met and costs are controlled.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a food/hospitality role, with a focus on fine dining and beverage management.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage programs, including wine, spirits, and craft cocktails.
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work a PM schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diligent in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
