Eurest National Accounts is looking to hire a Janitorial Manager to oversee three Delta Sky Clubs for Cleanliness. This individual will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the club starting with the Appearance Care department and collaborating with other departments on Cleanliness Standards. This position reports to the General Manager and the Director of Appearance Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gives direction on all cleanliness including shower program and sanitation matters across all departments, ensure compliance and standards meet or exceeds expectations.
- Follow the janitorial program requirements, develop specific standards for your site, implement strategies for different processes.
- Maintain appearance standards, addressing quality concerns promptly.
- Order and manage supplies, demonstrating a proven track record in inventory control and janitorial operations, assist with cost control for the account.
- Maintains excellent relationships with the team, guests, and the Client
- Manage a Team of Appearance Care Team Members- up to 40 cleaners
