- We have an opening for a full time JANITORIAL SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
- Location: 2 Ames Drive, Carlisle, PA 17015. Note: online applications accepted only.
- Schedule: Full time schedule. Sunday through Wednesday 6:00AM - 4:30PM. More details upon interview.
- Requirement: 1 year supervisor experience is required. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
- Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts classroom and hands-on training on customer service, safety, compliance and company policies.
- Conducts one-on-one training as needed.
- Updates and provides training on use of janitorial equipment, PPE and chemical usage/safety.
- Provides feedback on new associates during orientation period; reviews trainee records to ensure successful compliance.
- Performs walk-through building inspections as required.

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
- Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
- Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
- May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
