- We are hiring immediately for a full time MARKETING AND EVENTS SUPERVISOR position.
- Location: South Bend Community Schools - 215 Doctor M.L.K. Jr Blvd, South Bend, IN 46601. Note: online applications accepted only.
- Schedule: Full time schedule; Days may vary. 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, or as business needs. More details upon interview.
- Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Hospitality Management. Three to five years of experience preferred, but not required.
- Write and schedule posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Help compile information for company newsletters.
- Help in promoting events, webinars, or virtual meetings through social media, email, and other marketing channels.
- Help with post-event email campaigns or feedback collection from attendees.
- Assist with the creation of social media graphics, banners, and marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Assist in logistical planning and coordination for events (both virtual and physical).
- Stay updated on trends in the marketing industry, providing insights that could be used in strategies.
- Pay Range: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour.

Summary: Responsible for setting up and maintaining food production and quality control of food items prepared in the kitchen.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares food items necessary for assigned area.
- Assigns specific duties to associates under supervision for efficient operation of the kitchen.
- Ensures proper storage and handling of products; uses portion, presentation and recipe controls.
- Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including food and non-food working areas.
- Reports equipment repair/maintenance to appropriate supervisor or facility department.
- Supervises team members in absence of Sous Chef; disciplines, trains and schedules associates.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
