Responsibilities : Supervise a Payroll Operations team in a large multi-state payroll environmentEvaluate and develop staff by implementing training and development plans and administering appraisalsHold regular One on One meetings with team members to set expectations and raise awareness of individual performanceLead weekly Operations team meetingsOversee Analysts activity and performanceEnsure team members are aware of all company and department policiesMaintain strong team environment through communication, motivation and consistent publication of metricsAchieve service levels including call hold times, paperwork processing, and resolution of work order ticketsFacilitate compliance with the escalated issues processHandle escalated Customer Service calls from the field that cannot be resolved by an AnalystsReduce volume of calls through root analysis and preventive measure implementationPrevent unplanned / incidental overtimeMonitor calls to ensure all associates are complying with standard procedures, providing accurate information and excellent customer serviceReview all processes on regular basis to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and quality, and make recommendations for improvementsQualifications : Bachelor s Degree preferredPayroll processing and / or high volume call center experience requiredDemonstrated leadership ability, supervisory experience preferredDemonstrated customer service focus and people skillsAbility to perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutionsMust have a technical and a data oriented mindsetResults-driven, energetic, deadline oriented and highly resilientProven accomplishments in process improvementsKnowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, OutlookSAP experience preferredApply to Canteen today!Canteen is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
