Premium Suites Dessert Attendant | Chase Field

Join our dynamic at Chase Field as a Premium Suites Dessert Cart Runner/Food Runner and contribute to the exceptional guest experience in our premium seating areas. As a Food Runner, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality food and service to our VIP guests, ensuring they have a memorable time during events at the ballpark.

• Greet guests in friendly and welcoming manner; ensure a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
• Provide exceptional, friendly, and courteous service to guests throughout the event.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of menu and available products.
• Deliver and serve food and beverages; ensure correct placement of dishes and quality meets Levy Core Signature standard.
• Communicate special requests, allergens, or modifications to appropriate kitchen or serving staff.
• Prep dessert including stocking inventory, prepares suite platters, ensure cleanliness of cart and prep area, pulling product needed, making candy bags and other preparation duties.
• Manage dessert cart sales for each suite, utilizing upselling techniques to meet sales goals.
• Retrieve and verify food orders from the kitchen; ensure accuracy and presentation adheres to Levy Core Signature standards.
• Deliver food orders to Suites accurately, promptly, and ensure timely service to guests.
• Prepare guest checks, process payments, and ensure accurate transactions; adhere to Levy Cash Handling Policy.
• Ensure food items are properly stored, labeled, and dated according to standards, following food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked food running station and service areas.
• Ensure work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation requirements.
• Completes opening and closing duties including cleaning tasks, setup, preparation in assigned area, reconciliation, daily and monthly inventory.
• Collaborate with FOH and BOH team to promote a positive environment, smooth operations and timely service.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements.
• This position may require the following valid certifications; ServSafe Food Certification, ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry.

Physical demands:

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary.
• Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
