Job SummaryThe Quality Control Services Auditor will support the operations team by completing daily facility audits and providing data analytics around the results to support a proactive approach to overall service delivery quality. Services to be audited include but are not limited to, cleanliness, landscaping, shipping and receiving, and other services in our operations scope.Key Responsibilities : Assists with the implementation of new processes and procedures for food safetyEnsures compliance with QA guidelines and regulations for all client driven events and vendorsAssists units in preparation for 3rd party auditsProvides written feedback to unit managers regarding unit observations and findingsWorks with managers to find solutions to QA challenges and crisesDrives quality improvements and standardization across account basePerforms other duties as assignedQualifications : Bachelor’s Degree is a plus3-5 years of experienceExcellent ability to communicate both orally and in writing is required.Attention to detail and ability to help managers to find solutionsDemonstrated written and oral communication skills, professionalismProficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point and Outlook.Strong data management, reporting, and technical writing skillsWillingness to travel as is necessaryApply to ESFM Services today!ESFM is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
