This role requires a dynamic professional experienced in corporate foodservice and hospitality marketing to lead regional strategies, build client relationships, and enhance customer experiences across our portfolio. This role requires the candidate to reside in Minnesota, Charlotte, NC, or the Northeast region to ensure proximity to key clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies tailored to the corporate foodservice and hospitality sectors.Partner with operations teams to identify growth opportunities, launch initiatives, and improve customer engagement.Conduct market analysis to understand regional trends and customer preferences, leveraging insights to guide decision-making.Collaborate with clients to align marketing efforts with their business goals, ensuring a seamless and impactful partnership.Oversee marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and events to elevate the dining and hospitality experience.Drive brand consistency across all channels, ensuring alignment with Compass Group's vision and values.Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site marketing teams, fostering collaboration and professional development.
