Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage in the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Manage accounts with an estimated value of $35M , ensuring top-tier service and performance.
- Take charge of large, high-profile accounts, maintaining exceptional standards and client satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and development opportunities for managers to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster and maintain strong, sensitive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Utilize strong operational and financial skills to drive success and profitability.
- Develop and implement policies to improve income from high-profile accounts
- Acquire new business and expand existing accounts strictly within the region
- Manage annual budgets, ensuring compliance with financial goals
- Complete all required reports as per corporate policy
