This role involves assisting in overseeing kitchen operations, supervising food preparation, and collaborating closely with the Executive Chef to innovate menu items and manage kitchen staff. If you have a passion for culinary excellence and a knack for leadership, this is your chance to make a significant impact. What You'll Do: Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, including cost controls, menu planning, and food expenditure.Develop and execute catering events and roll out new culinary programs in collaboration with our marketing and culinary team.Oversee the preparation and garnishment of daily menu items, ensuring quality and creativity in every dish. What We're Looking For: A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent culinary certificate with relevant experience.Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations, with catering experience being a plus.Strong knowledge of current food and catering trends, with a focus on quality, sanitation, cost control, and presentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to engage in patient satisfaction initiatives.ServSafe certification is highly desirable.
