We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at Delta One, Boston Logan. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations. Your culinary expertise, leadership skills, and dedication to quality will help us deliver exceptional dishes that delight our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative and seasonal menus that showcase fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs effectively.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Passion for food and a commitment to excellence.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
