Job Summary
Join FLIK Hospitality Group - a member of Compass Group USA as a Sr. Data Intelligence Analyst for our Fidelity portfolio. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with an exceptional team in a premier portfolio, driving data analytics trends to compete and succeed in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities :
- Provide monthly standardized reporting for various departments.
- Deliver ad hoc reporting for various departments.
- Maintain queries and data elements for detailed analyses.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of analyses.
- Collaborate with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members to achieve business goals.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
- Adhere strictly to established processes and reporting standards.
- Resolve customer challenges related to analysis.
- Improve process efficiencies and documentation.
- Mentor and train team members, validating their work.
- Identify and resolve data-related issues before financial implications.
- Develop reporting and functionality that improves team efficiency.
- Lead complex challenging priorities with ambitious timelines.
- Learn and master new technologies.
- Develop a working knowledge of team responsibilities across Data Intelligence.
- Some travel is required for this role.
