Job SummaryJob Summary : Working as a Suites Manager, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a corporate dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following : Key Responsibilities : Effectively uses Purchasing and all financial control systems Controls cost areas to assist the unit in meeting financial goals Knows all financial areas and statements Manages team to build top-line sales Achieves assigned delegated budget goalsPreferred Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree preferred2 years of experience in a food and beverage operational positionComprehensive food and wine knowledge.
