JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AS A REPRESENTATIVE:
As a Call service agent, you will assist healthy Small Business Owners and self-employed individuals with selecting the right health insurance options for them.
Creating and maintaining relationships with clients
responding to questions and concerns over the phone
providing excellent customer service
Qualifications:
An ideal candidate MUST have full-time availability. We are seeking someone who is coachable and always willing to learn. Motivation to exceed goals and have positive, resilient attitude. This individual must have the willingness to help people every day.
Qualifications:
- Full-time availability
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Be present and available in the office (NOT A REMOTE POSITION)
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Basic computer skills
