Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluate physical health needs of clients.
- Collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and adjust comprehensive treatment plans.
- Administer and manage medication in collaboration with the team psychiatrist, ensuring integration into individualized treatment plans.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and medication management.
- Participate in thorough assessments, including psychiatric history, mental status, and overall health evaluations.
- Attend daily meetings to participate in treatment planning and review processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency policies, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Offer on-call crisis intervention during evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.
