Key Responsibilities
- Deliver trauma-informed and person-centered services to individuals in crisis.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and provide clinically appropriate interventions through various modes, including phone, video, and face-to-face interactions.
- Perform Zero Suicide screenings and promptly assess each individual's needs.
- Engage in follow-up communication as needed to ensure comprehensive support.
- Maintain effective communication with community partners to foster collaborative care efforts.
- Attend regular meetings and receive clinical supervision to enhance service delivery.
- Uphold an agreed level of productivity and maintain client records in compliance with agency standards.
- Refer clients to mobile outreach teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary treatment teams.
- Proficient in providing trauma-informed and culturally competent services.
- Strong clinical assessment and crisis intervention capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with community partners.
- Knowledgeable in DSM-V and adept at maintaining accurate client documentation.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying shifts and assist with transportation when clinically indicated.
- A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
- A Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health is necessary if a Bachelor's degree is the highest level of education.
- A valid driver’s license and agency-specified minimum automobile coverage are required.
