What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Data Management Specialist position at Compass Health Network?
Compensation: $17.89/hr
The HR Data Management Specialist assists within the human resources department in all aspects of data management throughout the employee’s life cycle to included data entry, file maintenance, auditing and other clerical duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
• Enter/import new and updated employment data to include position, pay, department, location, benefit profiles, employment dates, education, credentials, etc. in HRIS
• Provide agency notifications of new employee information and/or employment changes via electronic communications
• Audit employee records on a consistent basis to ensure accuracy of HRIS data
• Process employee W4s, direct deposit changes, and HR Actions for employees in HRIS
• Create new hire employee ID badge records
• Assign employee ID numbers/create new accounts, as needed
• Other duties, as assigned
High School/GED required
QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Experience in Human Resources field preferred
