Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient flow, including rooming patients and conducting lab work.
- Provide medication education and obtain vital signs as necessary.
- Complete and maintain accurate documentation in the medical record system.
- Keep precise records of all medications received and dispensed.
- Assist in completing prior authorizations for medications.
- Oversee the inventory of injections, coordinate ordering and delivery, and verify current orders while monitoring any side effects.
- Proficient understanding of healthcare technology software.
