What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Based Therapist position at Compass Health Network?
Compensation: $36.29-$39.29/hr; dependent on licensure
As a School-Based Therapist, you will provide behavioral/mental health services to students within the school setting for the Sullivan School District in Sullivan, Missouri.
Due to critical service need of the communities we serve, we are offering a $4,000 sign-on bonus.* We are eager to continue to provide quality and compassionate care in our service areas and need you to make this happen! CHN team members enjoy a collaborative team environment, and competitive benefits, including additional performance incentives up to $20,000 annually.
Responsibilities:
- Provide initial evaluation and assessment of student.
- Make recommendations for treatment.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, defining plan of services and interventions.
- Provide individual, family and/or group therapy according to student’s treatment needs.
- Appropriately document all services provided.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a human service-related field required
- LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (or provisional) valid in Missouri required
