Key Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate care for psychiatric patients.
• Engage in bending, lifting, and transporting patients as part of daily tasks.
• Facilitate patient groups to promote recovery and wellness.
• Complete a minimum of 52 educational activities annually to enhance professional knowledge.
• Offer constructive feedback during peer evaluations to improve patient care.
• Serve as a preceptor and mentor to new team members when necessary.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, sharing valuable patient information and recommendations.
• Ensure effective communication with patients and colleagues alike.

Qualifications
