The Perfect Candidate
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager who can effectively manage the day-to-day operations of our Aurora House program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A current Washington State RN license required; BSN preferred.
- Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined by WAC.
- 3 years of related experience in a psychiatric setting, experience in a residential or inpatient behavioral treatment facility preferred.
- 2 years of supervisor/management experience.
