Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical and administrative management of the facility.
- Implementing program services and directing the supervision and provision of service to clients.
- Collaborating and coordinating with community agencies and organizations to ensure positive working relationships for the benefit of adults served.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A current Washington State RN license required; BSN preferred.
- Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined by WAC.
- 3 years of related experience in a psychiatric setting, experience in a residential or inpatient behavioral treatment facility preferred.
- 2 years of supervisor/management experience.
