Director of Coordination - Home Health Care
Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for a Director of Coordination for a Licensed Home Care Agency in Brooklyn, NY. The qualified candidate will have extensive Home Health Care Director or Manager level experience and Home Care Coordination experience, preferably with a Licensed Home Health Care Agency. Bilingual Spanish ability is a plus.
Base Pay Range : $160,000.00 / yr - $175,000.00 / yr
About the Position :
- Responsible for daily supervision of all Service Coordinators and Coordination Department operations.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of patient care services, assuring compliance with all agency and NYDOH regulatory requirements.
- Accountable for achieving positive patient outcomes and coordination of services.
- Provide the resources employees need and create an environment that enables success.
- Ensure census / agency growth through excellent customer & employee service and assist with assuring that all Intake referrals are accepted under care / staffed timely.
