As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored insurance products that meet those needs. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently a retail sales and service environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
• Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, explaining policy features and benefits clearly.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position products.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date in the system.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.

Experience

• Previous experience in personal lines retail sales and customer service. 220/440 License.
• Strong background in retail sales or customer service can be beneficial for this role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction is essential.
