We are seeking a qualified and highly organized MEDOPS Program Management Specialist to provide program readiness support for Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) across Georgia. This position requires an individual who can oversee non-clinical medical operations at multiple locations, including Clay National Guard Center (CNGC) in Marietta, Fort Stewart, and Macon, ensuring full compliance with operational and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data entry, credentialing processes, and medical readiness operations, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Medical Operations Oversight:
- Oversee non-clinical medical operations at CNGC, Fort Stewart, and Macon, ensuring 100% compliance with all site-specific protocols and operational requirements.
- Submit consolidated monthly reports for all locations to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), achieving 98% accuracy in task completion and reporting.
Care Plans & Staffing:
- Submit care plans for Soldiers with medical conditions per AR 40-501, AR 25-50, and DA Memo 25-52 within 5 business days of identification, ensuring 100% compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide staffing plans for each Medical Readiness Event to the COR within 30 days of event notification, including all required personnel and resources, achieving 100% compliance with staffing requirements.
Credentialing:
- Complete the credentialing process for all GA Military Providers in accordance with AR 40-68 Clinical Quality Management and the C2P2 Board. Credentialing documentation must be submitted within 10 business days of completion.
- Provide weekly updates to the COR on credentialing status and submit quarterly reports identifying the status of all providers.
- Establish and maintain communication with credentialing personnel at various Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) to ensure quality control of the credentialing process.
Readiness Reporting:
- Consolidate and submit weekly medical readiness data, including medical and dental readiness categories, highlighting any key issues. Submit reports to the COR by the close of business every Friday.
- Track all MRC 3 and MRC 4 Soldiers using case tracker reports, ensuring 100% accuracy in data tracking, and submit weekly reports to the Director of Medical Services (DSS).
Event Coordination:
- Manage the check-in/check-out process, maintain a roster of Soldiers scheduled for medical readiness events, perform MEDPROS data entry, and ensure cases are managed effectively.
- Prepare monthly projected (90-day out) MRC 4 rosters using the Commanders Portal medical database and coordinate with units to schedule Soldiers for events.
- Ensure IMR data from MEDPROS is updated and printed for all locations, completing data updates within 2 business days of request.
Data Entry & Reports:
- Enter medical requirements into the Medical Operational Data System (MODS) and prepare pre- and post-event status reports, ensuring entry and exit MRC data are accurately recorded.
- Pull reports from automated systems such as MEDCHART, eProfile, eCase, MRR, DENCLASS, and AVS, ensuring referrals are documented within 3 business days of request.
Data Analysis & Compliance:
- Use regulations and policies, including AR 40-501, to perform data analysis for Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) and deployment readiness. Submit analysis reports within 5 business days of request with 98% accuracy.
- Monitor and input MEDPROS data for all medical requirements, ensuring scheduled services are completed and updated, achieving 98% accuracy in reflecting Soldiers' current medical statuses.
Abnormal Lab Reporting:
- Provide a report of any abnormal lab values obtained during Periodic Health Assessments (PHA) to the DSS within 2 business days of event completion, ensuring 100% compliance with reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience in military medical operations, including Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP), credentialing, and medical readiness.
- Familiarity with AR 40-501, AR 25-50, DA Memo 25-52, and other relevant military regulations.
- Strong proficiency with automated medical systems such as MEDPROS, MODS, MEDCHART, and others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment with tight deadlines and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including military providers, the COR, and DSS.
- Prior experience in managing medical readiness events and processing medical documentation is preferred.
