Part-time Facilitator/Educator. Responsibilities include implementing facilitation/education services for FVIP Batterer’s Intervention, Victims Groups, Anger Management, Second Chance or Veteran Groups. Must have solid knowledge and professional experience in family violence work both from facilitation and education perspective. Creativity, time flexibility and self-motivation are necessary. Strong people skills, professional communication skills Computer skills, and organizational skills are important.
Examples of Tasks Performed or Assigned:
1. Provide facilitation/education services to FVIP group members.
2. Maintain pertinent documentation according to program and agency requirements, to include documentation in Therapy Notes or other appropriate source.
3. Perform other or similar agency duties as assigned by Supervisor.
4. Attends FVIP assessment and/or FVIP staff meetings.
5. All requests for information will be completed in timely and accurate ways.
Method and Type of Supervision Required:
1. Minimal work supervision.
2. Regularly scheduled consultation with Supervisor as needed.
Required Education and Experience:
1. Master’s Degree
2. Must possess excellent organizational skills with attention to details, responsiveness to supervision and adherence to professional ethics.
3. Must be fluent in Spanish and English
4. Work with Mental Health or Domestic Violence a plus.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
