Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office and Human Resource Manager. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing HR functions, ensuring a seamless onboarding process, benefit enrollment, biweekly processing payroll, and fostering a welcoming office environment. This position combines administrative oversight with HR management, making it essential for maintaining the operational excellence of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace that promotes productivity and teamwork
- Human Resources Management: Oversee HR functions, including the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, processing payroll, enrolling in benefits and managing deductions. Ensure that employee files are current, accurate, and compliant with all relevant regulations. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and support ongoing training initiatives to promote staff development.
- Employee Relations: Address disciplinary issues and support conflict resolution among staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Book appointments and manage calendars for therapists and clients, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication.
- Reception/Administrative Support: Greet clients in a warm and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service to enhance their experience. Assist therapists with various administrative tasks, ensuring they can focus on their core responsibilities. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships with staff and clients.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and office management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
