- Maintain an outstanding level of food and service quality
- Direct and implement safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, clients, and internal teams
- Foster professional growth and development of staff
- Integrate dining services seamlessly with overall facility operations
- Maintain outstanding quality of food and service
- Direct and implement safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs

- Integrate dining services seamlessly with overall facility operations
- 5 years of proven leadership experience in dining services or hospitality
- 2-4 years of direct foodservice management with purchasing and inventory control knowledge
- Expertise in food and catering trends, including quality, production, sanitation, and cost control
- P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience preferred
- ServSafe® certification is a plus
- Must be forward-thinking, proactive, and the face of the company
