This is a year-round role, not seasonal. Consistent work.
In this role you will:
Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on all equipment prior to use.
Report any issues or concerns with equipment to supervisor immediately.
Load and unload materials onto/from trucks, trailers, and other vehicles using various types of machinery.
Operate excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, and other heavy equipment to move earth, clear debris, and level land.
Dig trenches, holes, and other foundations as directed.
Backfill excavations and compact soil using heavy equipment.
Build water features including ecosystem ponds and waterfalls
Build outdoor living spaces such as patios and outdoor kitchens
Providing outstanding customer service by ensuring client satisfaction, answering questions about products and services, and offering feedback to improve the appearance and maintenance of outdoor spaces
Requirements:
Experience operating heavy equipment
Experience in hardscaping
Experience in operating equipment
Precision in measuring and cutting materials to ensure accurate installation of hardscape features.
Ability to lift, up to 50lbs
Ability to stand during entire shift
Willingness to work overtime, when needed
Work safely
Work with a team to efficiently complete projects
Work outdoors in all types of weather
Valid Driver's License and car insurance
Salary: From 25.00 per hour Depending on Experience. Wages are increased as you learn and become part of the team.
