JOB DESCRIPTION
Compass Packaging seeks a dedicated and driven individual with a strong work ethic to add to our Production Team. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful warehouse associate will safely perform a wide range of tasks, including:
- Material set-up
- Conducting quality checks
- Learn Machine operation
- Cleaning and maintaining their working environment
Warehouse associate must:
- Understand all the Safety Features and Guidelines of the assigned machine station and
- associated work area
- Learn and Understand the Quality Processes before the order, during the order, and after the order
- Understand all associated specifications assigned to each order
- Possess good communication skills
- Be able to work as part of a crew
Skillset required:
- Can read and understand a tape measure
- Good mathematical skills
- Good organizational skills
