Quality Manager Job Description Summary: Quality Manager’s responsibility is to ensure the production of all products meets the customer specifications as well as industry standards. They will develop quality control procedures, conduct inspections, analyze data and work with all departments to address quality issues.

Reports to: President

Safety Manager Job Description Summary: The Safety Manager’s responsibility is to ensure the safety of the plant and all its employees. Interact with all departments to ensure all Safety guidelines are followed.

Reports to: Plant Manager

Quality Manager specific Responsibilities:

· Develop Quality standards: Use customer requirements and industry standards to document quality procedures and specifications for products.

· Quality inspections: Perform regular inspections of the production process.

· Data Analysis: Research data to help identify problem areas and trends.

· Implementation of procedural improvements: Implement processes to help optimize production.

· Quality issues: Investigate all quality complaints and implement corrective action. Interact with customers for positive end result.

· Vendor Coordination: Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure all quality standards are met.

· Compliances: Keep the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) compliant, and all UN printed boxes are up to date with current test data

· Perform any other duties assigned by President.

Safety Manager Responsibilities:

· Keep up to date on all safety codes.

· Document all accidents and near misses.

· Perform monthly walk throughs.

· Heavily involved in the Safety committee.

· Help with the planning of the monthly Safety meeting.

· Perform any other duties assigned by Plant Manager.

· Monitor all safety issues.

Physical Demands:

a. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

b. While performing duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk and communicate 8 hours a day

c. The employee is required to utilize their hands

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

Salary : $55,000
