Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with chronic and acute pain conditions.
- Perform interventional pain management procedures such as epidural injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablations, spinal and peripheral nerve stimulators, Intracept, SI joint fusions, and regenerative procedures.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients on pain management strategies and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Stay current with advancements in pain management treatments and techniques
- Draft and write compelling reports in the Medical-Legal space.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Pain Management and/or Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
- Valid medical license to practice in Oregon.
- Fellowship training in Pain Management preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to compassionate and patient-focused care.
