Job Overview :
The Director, Patient Engagement will play a critical role in the success of our clinical trials by ensuring we identify, engage, and retain the right patients for our innovative mental health therapies. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of patient recruitment and retention methodologies, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for improving the lives of those living with mental health challenges.
The Director will lead the development and execution of patient-centric strategies, collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimise enrolment and participation throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
Location : Remote on the East Coast, US or hybrid in our NYC office.
Reports to : Senior Director, Clinical Operations.
Roles and responsibilities
include but are not limited to) :
- Strategy Development :
Develop and implement innovative global patient recruitment and retention strategies across multiple clinical trials
Establish and maintain relationships with patient advocacy groups, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders
Provide guidance and support to clinical trial sites on patient recruitment and retention best practices
Track and analyse patient recruitment and retention strategy metrics
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in patient recruitment and retention

Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognise employees for their work and any role at Compass, regardless of the location, is eligible for additional discretionary bonuses and equity.
Base salary per annum】 :
200,000—$290,000 USD
