The Role: Physician Liaison/Marketing Specialist
We’re looking for a driven, people-focused connector who knows how to build genuine relationships and loves the idea of growing something meaningful. As our Physician Liaison, your role is to be the bridge between Compass Peak Imaging and the medical community. You’ll help us increase awareness/enhance visibility, drive patient referrals, and ensure providers know we’re here to make their work easier.
What You’ll Do:
- Connect with Purpose: Build real, lasting relationships with local providers and their staff. You’ll be the face of Compass Peak Imaging for orthopedics, sports medicine, primary care, and other high-impact practices.
- Grow the Practice: Drive referrals by proactively reaching out to new and existing providers, showcasing the benefits of working with us, and following up to ensure they feel supported.
- Collaborate with the Team: Partner with our radiologists, front desk team, technicians, and leadership to ensure we’re always delivering on our promises.
- Be Creative: Develop and execute unique outreach strategies—whether it’s hosting lunch-and-learns, creating personalized follow-ups, or coming up with innovative ways to add value to providers’ practices.
- Listen and Improve: Gather feedback from providers and their teams to identify opportunities for us to do better.
- Track and Measure Success: Use tools to monitor our referral network, and how we can maximize our impact.
