Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will perform various duties, including staying updated on industry trends and changes in benefit regulations, ensuring comprehensive knowledge and understanding of retirement industry rules. They will also provide informed assistance to plan sponsors and advisors, ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices, and perform additional job duties/special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a high school diploma or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have experience with Excel, Microsoft Teams, and navigating different websites. Strong customer service and relationship management skills are essential, along with the ability to create a long-term client base. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, using clear and grammatically correct language, are required. The candidate should also possess problem-solving skills, be proactive, and demonstrate initiative. Robust time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, are necessary. A basic knowledge and understanding of retirement plans and payroll processing platforms is preferred, with the ability and drive to expand that knowledge. Finally, the candidate must be able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
