Summary
We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Compass Rose Events. In this role, you will play a vital part in the recruitment and onboarding process, helping us to build a talented workforce that supports our mission of delivering outstanding events. This position is based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Assists with maintaining event staffing contact database in Sales Force.
- Regularly updates current contacts and continually works to add new contacts to the database.
- Solicits potential staffing contacts via phone and e-mail on a per-event basis.
- Produces staffing agreement packets that include the agreement & event flyers.
- Collects signed staffing agreements and saves in the Corporate Sales event folder on SharePoint
- Updates Google spreadsheet to reflect upcoming events and their status in the staffing process.
- Creates and submits event staffing Purchase Orders.
- Communicate with the Staffing Coordinator the staffing status of all events and/or any event staffing issues or details as needed.
- Perform pre-event confirmation calls or e-mails with all secured staffing groups; approximately 6 and 2 weeks before the event
- Secures temporary staffing timesheets from Event Managers and sends to temporary staffing contacts. If needed update Purchase Order based on timesheet.
- Works to make aggregate staffing budget a neutral to a positive contribution to the cost of goods.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
