You have

  • Experience leading a campus team to deliver results
  • Three years of varied experience with budgets, management, organizational procedures, and supporting an environment of positive student culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree required


Compensation and Benefits

  • Year-round position with annual salary based on experience, ranging from $67,000 - $87,000

Your Mission

You are responsible for overseeing the daily operations and positive behavior systems of the school, ensuring that principals can focus on instruction and student success. You manage key functions—student attendance, student recruitment, meals, transportation, compliance, safety, and new school openings—ensuring excellence to support optimal student learning.


You foster a student-centered culture by reinforcing positive behaviors that drive engagement, respect, and academic achievement. This creates an environment where students feel valued, take ownership of their growth, and contribute to a thriving school community. With strong business acumen, management, and organizational skills, you are quick, versatile, and customer service-oriented, always understanding how your role impacts students, families, and the broader community.

Your Responsibilities

Student Recruitment, Enrollment, and Registration

  • Develop and execute student recruitment efforts targeting families in the school's surrounding areas, focusing on Pre-K and Kinder enrollment and filling available seats in other grades.
  • Collaborate with Network Recruitment, Enrollment Leaders, and campus leaders to nurture applications, ensuring successful enrollment and registration.
  • Plan and execute family engagement, onboarding, and registration events to welcome and retain families.
  • Ensure timely enrollment completion by July and re-enrollment by May while complying with all student registration requirements.
  • Lead new student and family events to help them integrate into the campus culture and expectations.


Persistence and Average Daily Attendance

  • Ensure 93% year-over-year student persistence and communicate attendance expectations to families.
  • Collaborate with leadership to analyze ADA trends, implement best practices, and address attendance challenges.
  • Lead and oversee campus attendance committees, using data to drive decisions and next steps.


Student Culture

  • Lead the campus initiative to reinforce positive student behavior and collaborate with SEL leaders on various family education and community initiatives.
  • Oversee family communication through newsletters, student and family platforms, and phone calls.
  • Support student culture, school activities, and disciplinary procedures in collaboration with staff, families, and community agencies.
  • Ensure a safe learning environment, plan emergency drills, support crisis management, and provide restorative conflict resolution.
  • Implement student and parent surveys, maintain documentation, and enforce school rules and expectations.


Service, Safety, Operations, and Business systems

  • Ensure buildings are clean, safe, and operable to open two weeks before the first day of school and throughout the school year.
  • Collaborates with the Director of Facilities and leads the planning so that 100% of furniture is installed two weeks before the first day of school
  • Prepares drop-off, pick-up, and bus procedures and duty schedules to be ready for first day of school.
  • Prepares breakfast and lunchtime procedures that include duty schedules.
  • Plan and coordinate arrangements for school and community activities throughout the year.
  • Oversee facility wear and tear and recommend facility improvements to the Director of Facilities.
  • Promote and maintain a positive and effective school culture by ensuring that all interactions with staff, students, parents, and the community are prompt, efficient, helpful, and friendly.
  • Oversees the health aide and health department for the campus in collaboration with the Health and Nutrition Specialist.
  • Procure goods and services for campus use.
  • Manage local campus income from auxiliary programs, special events, and fundraising functions.


Enrollment, Attendance and Persistence

  • Collaborates with school leadership and teachers to implement best practices, raise awareness, analyze ADA trends, and leverage tracking mechanisms to positively impact ADA
  • Leads the creation and oversight of campus attendance committees so that meetings are grounded in the most recent data, trends and next steps.
  • Collaborates with Network Recruitment and Enrollment Leaders along with campus leaders to nurture applications and ensure they lead to enrollment and registration.
  • Create and execute family engagement, onboarding, and registration events that warmly welcome families to Compass Rose Public Schools and ensure they persist through their first year and beyond.
  • Completes family enrollment by July of each school year and re-enrollment of current families by May of each year.


Talent Management

  • Hire and manage a team with roles like receptionist, registrar, custodian, and health aide.
  • Create and implement structures to support ongoing coaching and development of team members.
  • Model and champion Compass Rose's core values, talent philosophies, and performance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the talent team on hiring, development, and retention across campus operations roles.


Your schedule

  • Must be flexible with hours; later evenings and weekends
  • Existing Campus: Year-round position with general operating day hours of 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Minimal in-town travel
  • After-hours/Weekend events are required
  • Full time, exempt, 12 - month
