About the Role :
As CFO, you’ll oversee the financial health of Compass Rose, managing a $40M budget across multiple campuses. You’ll lead key initiatives such as facilities financing, bond management, and compliance, working closely with the senior leadership team to align financial goals with the organization’s mission of delivering high-quality education to underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth and long-term sustainability.
- Manage facilities financing, including bonds, loans, and capital projects.
