Part-Time Math Interventionist (24 Hours/Week) - Bastrop, TX
Position Reports To: Assistant Principal Judy Marsh, Compass Rose Harvest Elementary or Assistant Principal Pamela Bernal, Compass Rose Harvest Secondary
Grade-Levels: Positions Available in 3-5 Grade and 6-8 Grade
Schedule: January to May, 4 Days/Week, 24 Hours/Week

Required
- Experience in tutoring, teaching, or intervention, especially with struggling learners.
- Strong knowledge of math curriculum and best practices for teaching math.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with students,
Compensation

Your Mission
Redefine what’s possible in public education. It is your primary responsibility to support students performing below or struggling to succeed at grade level in Math.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide targeted math interventions for students who are below grade level or struggling.
- Develop and implement individualized or small-group math lessons based on student needs.
- Track student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to align intervention strategies with classroom instruction.
- Participate in ongoing professional development related to math intervention.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress.
