Compass Rose Student Housing is seeking a motivated individual, focused on customer service, to join their growing team in the Orlando FL area. This position will be responsible for assisting with student applications, leases and questions from student seeking to enter our shared student housing program for our partner school.
Data entry, computer and technical knowledge needed for this position.
Must be a positive person and have good customer service skills and enjoy interacting with students.
Austin resident is a priority
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff to provide guidance and support.
- Educate students on available housing options in our program
Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with diverse populations.
- Previous experience in leasing
