What You’ll Do
As The Regional Wellness Director, you can expect a range of responsibilities and tasks. Here are some general expectations:
You will oversee the operation of the Wellness Departments within multiple communities, including:
- Maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Implement high standards in resident care services, including Growth & Wellness Plans; supervise electronic medical record system and reporting.
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new community Wellness Directors.
- Fill in when Wellness Director positions are vacated.
- Assist with team member engagement and retention.
- Maintain a professional, supportive, and positive working relationship with each community and works collaboratively with the Regional Director of Operations.
- You will bring 5 years of direct experience overseeing multiple communities in senior living, specifically assisted living and memory care.
- You will have the ability to travel frequently and as needed to communities to conduct audits, training, and oversight.
- You will fill in as the community RN when a position becomes vacant.
- You will be Licensed and in good standing with the state.
- You will have background and experience auditing wellness systems and coaching teams to ensure compliance with wellness best practices.
- You will have Integrity and the ability to inspire team members.
- You will maintain a technical aptitude, critical thinking skills, and initiative-taking.
- You will have an admirable work ethic, a love of learning new things, and a desire to go above and beyond.

- You will bring computer literacy, savvy in social media, and proficiency in learning specified online programs.
- You will meet all health requirements.
- You will be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation.
- You will have a valid driver’s license.
- You will pass a criminal background check and nursing licensure validation as required by state law.
- You will have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly population.
